Ladies and gentlemen, Presenter for Confluence is back and we got again a bag full of nice features for you.

Features 

Manage Themes as Space Admin in your Space Tools 

Space admins can now define Themes in certain Spaces only 

• you can duplicate global Themes in your own Space

• create, edit, delete and manage your own Themes 

• benefit from special Themes that can only be found in the desired Spaces

• Space and global Themes are labelled with the right tag, so that you can easier find them before you start your presentation

• How: Go to your Space, where you are admin → Space Tools → AddOns and manage your Themes here

Confluence Admins can manage all Space Themes in the Global Settings 

• move and copy Themes between Spaces 

How: General configuration → Presenter: Themes and manage all the Themes here

PRESENT public Spaces 

• would you like to show your presentation somewhere in public, but you do not want to be logged in at the same time? Now you can 

How:

• General configuration → Global Permissions → allow Anonymous Access "can use"

• Go to you Space, which should be visible for anonymous users

• Space Tools → Permissions → allow Anonymous Access "view" and save

Tip: make one specific Space visible for anonymous users and save here all your presentations, which you would like to share with others

Improved PDF Export 

• No more surprise  - your PDF-Export looks exactly like your presentation

• Export your presentation automatically in 16 : 9 format

And we have fixed small bugs , so you can keep presenting smoothly.
