How do I extend my trial period for Slide Presenter?

If your initial free trial period ended too early for you to finish your evaluation, you might need to extend it for another month.

On Data Center

For Data Center, you can renew your trial yourself via the Atlassian Marketplace:

• Visit the Marketplace listing of Slide Presenter (Data Center version)

• Click on Try it free - this will take you to https://my.atlassian.com/

• Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain a new evaluation license

• Go to the Confluence Administration > Marketplace > Manage apps, click on “Slide Presenter for Confluence” and paste the just obtained license in the “License key” area of Slide Presenter.

• Click Update

Your free trial will have been extended for another month.

On Cloud

If the billing cycle of your Cloud Instance is set to “monthly”, we may be able to extend your trial period. Reach out to us via our support portal and explain what you’re up to, we are happy to help.

If the billing cycle is set to “annual”, you can only extend your trial period by contacting the Atlassian sales team.
