Intro & outro slides

Intro Slide Example.png

Intro slides come before the actual content of your presentation while outro slides come after the actual content. You can have as many of both as you want.

As these slides do not contain actual content, use text elements with placeholders like “Presentation title” and other placeholders that use properties of the root page of the presentation.

Most themes contain at least an intro slide with the “Presentation title” as a placeholder.

It is also a good idea to add a “Thank you” slide in the outro. Many organisations like adding slides with legal information.

Example

This is an example from the “Mint Square” default theme: We have one intro slide with the presentation title, the name of the current user and today’s date.

After the content, we have one “Disclaimer” slide and another “Thank you” slide.
